Interwsting reading.
The book is a well written diary recording the lives of the soldiers who served in the VI Corp. Best understood if you have a Civil War atlas to follow the different campaigns.
Good book.
Excellent first hand account. Fairly easy to follow the action. Accurate description of battlefields.
great read, gives you the feeling that you were there, flowing language, enjoyed the book
well researched and thoughtful. I liked the way the author brought it all to life in his storytelling. I will look for other books by him
